Dear Alexander...

It's hard to believe we are getting so close to finally getting to meet you! To be honest I never really thought this time would ever come. Back in October it seemed like forever away and now here we are, 35 weeks pregnant. Right now I am constantly feeling your powerful movements and easily watching you toss and turn in my tummy. =) You have grown from our tiny little peanut, to our strong 5lb Tasmanian devil!

We want you to know that we have been working so hard on your room and Mommy has tried her hardest to make it nothing but perfect for you! Many times your Dad and I have spent evenings in your room, reminiscing about how it will be like when we finally have you home.  We love to make pretend in your rocking chair and Dad has already claimed your chair the comfiest place in the house! =) I love watching your Dad get so excited about your arrival and to hear him talk about all the things he can't wait to do with you when you get here. Frisbee golf, bike rides, and long walks with your big sister Mia, are only a few of the many things he has planned when you arrive. We have no doubt you will grow to love the outdoors as much as your Daddy and I do. We also want you to know that Dad has been learning a few songs on the guitar that he plans to sing to you so soon!

As we reflect back on the last 8 months we have had together, your Dad and I have gone through so many mixture of emotions.  We went from being completely shocked,  to over the moon excited to meet our little man! It is still hard for me to believe that in about a month we will be getting to meet the most precious gift that could ever be!  Words can't even express how much you already mean to us and we are looking forward to the first time our eyes get to finally meet.

So for now I will leave you with this beautiful picture and a song that reminds us of where it all began. We really can't wait to meet you Alexander!!

Love You,
Mom & Dad

This song will forever remind us of you and our trip to Santorini. The Place where it all began...
