Warsaw on Tandem

Today we biked through Warsaw on Tandem. I was a little hesitant at first but slowly got used to riding on a bike for two. We had soo much fun getting to explore new places and enjoyed getting to see a whole new side of Warsaw. Better yet, we got to eat at our favorite Indian Restaurant Buddha! We love  good food! Yum!!

Blueberry Pierogi's

Thursday we spent a busy afternoon making delicious blueberry pierogi's.  Caitlin has been talking them up since I first met her so it was nice to finally get to taste them for the first time. It was a tedious process for sure but worth every minute. Caitlin is a pro in the kitchen so Sarah and I were so excited we got to join in as her little helpers. I even think I might try to make them when I get back to Houston. Yum!

Here are some pictures of us hard at work!

Our delicious Greek lunch before all the hard work.
We needed some energy for all that pierogi making.

Fruit stand where we bought our blueberries
Blueberry season in Poland is about July-September. So right now they
are selling like hot cakes!  This is a picture of  the last basket of wild
blueberries that was waiting just for us! =)
a LOT of blueberries...and the best tasting ones I have ever had!
