Bump Update (30-32 weeks)

We are moving right along! And right at about 33 weeks. The weight gain and growing belly is definitely starting to take a toll on this Momma and I am having some expected back pain every now and again along with some occasional Braxton Hicks Contractions. But I really can not complain because so far its been a smooth pregnancy. Baby Braxton is most definitely a mover and a shaker and there is never any doubt he is constantly hanging out in my belly. Doctor says everything is going great and moving along according to plan and I continue to measure a week ahead in my belly measurements as well as my ultrasound stats. Makes me wonder if this baby is on the bigger side?! Guess we will be finding out soon!

For now we are finishing up Braxton's nursery (pics to come soon), getting ready for maternity/family pics, and preparing for a small little get together for Alexander's BIG 2! Time is flying over here and we are starting to get anxious to meet our newest little Boy, Alexander's partner in crime and best bud for life!!

Mommy Getaway!!!

A few weekends ago I made the trip up to Dallas (solo!) for a Pampered filled 24 hours Mommy getaway with my BF Catherine! To be honest I had no clue where we were staying or what exactly we were going to be doing because little Missy kept it an entire surprise! But what I did know is that I was getting away from my Motherly duties for a few nights before baby #2 makes his grand debut. So very lucky for this friendship and adored the time we got to spend together! Its rare to get 24 hours of uninterrupted time with your friends these days.

Crawfish Boil

A few weekends ago we got to spend the weekend with our awesome friends the Fosters & Coopers at the river!!   Their neighbors were having a HUGE crawfish boil so we all got lucky enough to join in on the fun for the first time.We all had a blast (including little man!) and loved getting the chance to make new memories with our friends!
