A little late but we went on a week long trip to El Salvador for some fun in the sun with the family back in January and of course I am just now getting around to posting pictures. Unfortunately it wasn't our finest trip as a family since all three of us got lucky enough to get sick with a 24 hour stomach bug (all at different times). =-( Alexander got it towards the end and poor baby took it the hardest of us all. We were fearful we would have to hospitalize him for fear of dehydration but he rallied and we were all able to get home in one piece. Not exactly the trip we were expecting but hey thats life and thankfully we get the opportunity to visit every year. So surely our next trip will go a little smoother! right?!
We did manage to have a few good days and of course we took a million pictures to show for it. So I will share those….

At the El Salvador airport for 9 HOURS! Of course Houston had to have its once in a lifetime ice storm delaying our flight what seemed like an eternity with a sick toddler! But we survived! =-)

But even after the ups and downs of this crazy trip, looking at all these pictures makes us forget it all and we can't wait to get back there next year! Hopefully with little bro in tow as well!
