Wow! I think this might be my favorite Month so far! Just like all my friends say, each month feels like it's the best until you get to the next one. You are just SO SO FUN! Your smiles and laughs seriously kill me but in a completely wonderful way! It has definitely gotten to the point where I have to hand you over to your Father at times because I think I might eat you alive =) . I know that sounds bizarre but it really is an unexplainable kind of love. You really are the light in your Father and I's eyes and you make us think everyday that we couldn't love you more! p.s. your Father has become quite the softy and tears up all the time just looking at you. =)
You have been growing and changing so much these days and are really showing us what a big boy you are starting to become. Your are grabbing onto everything including my hair and any kind of jewelry I have on. You are constantly putting things into your mouth and going to town chewing on your toys. The other day I was at target in the baby food aisle and a lady couldn't resist telling me you were without a doubt teething. You were gnawing on your chew toy so hard you could hear it all the way down the isle! Within the last week we have noticed you are uncomfortable at times and drool is def OUT OF CONTROL, but we have yet to see a tooth. You are almost always happy unless you are hungry or overtired and if your are either of those two, my goodness WATCH OUT. A little feistiness runs in the family....=)
You continue to have an INSANE appetite. This past month we introduced solids. You weren't really a fan of rice cereal in the beginning. I think it was just all to new for you. For awhile, you would just spit it all out but as soon as we introduced fruits you had NO problem eating away. Eventually we started mixing fruit with your cereal and you haven't looked back since. =) Sometimes we can't get the spoon in your mouth fast enough! So far you've tried peaches, prunes, and pears. I have hesitated to try any others because of your rounds of constipation, so we have mainly stuck to just prunes. One serving of that alone and we have an explosive blow out a couple hours later. I can 't even begin to tell you how enormous they are! You have left me wondering how it's humanely possible and I have thrown away several onesies in your honor. Impressing your Mother who is a nurse takes a lot and you seriously have left me speechless! I hope these calm down very soon.
We love you soo very much sweet boy and are cherishing every minute with you as you grow!
Here is what you have been up to.....
*You love it when we sing Patty Cake"....you are all smiles and giggles
*When I sing to you before bedtime/nap you always sing/talk back to me
*You are now rolling over from back to front
*Love to stand on your feet, with assistance of course
*Grabbing onto anything and everything like my hair, jewelry, etc
*Chewing on absolutley everything (we def think your teething)
*LOVE to bounce in your Jumperoo
*Sleeping about 11 hours at night with the exception of a few nights this past week where we think you woke up with some teething pain....=(
*Starting to notice Mia & Loves pulling on her fur
*You've slept 12 hours a few nights in the last week as well
*Heard you say Mama a few times...I know you don't know what that means but hopefully you will
soon!
*Blowing rasberries, yelling, squealing, and constantly talking up a storm
*Can stay awake for about 1hr 45min to 2 hours before needing to head to bed for a nap
*You are still LOVING you baby bjourn! You could spend hours in there!
*Sits up with assistance
*First trip to the Brewery tour courtesy of your FAther....=)
