7 Months

Well I am a bit behind on all my posts. With all three of us getting sick and just a busy month in general, its taken a lot for this Momma to get motivated to play catch up. So I will first start off by quickly trying to get A's 7 month post wrapped up.

Sweet boy just keeps growing and growing. You have turned into quite the little chubster and seriously one of the happiest boys I know!  This past month has been a busy one for all of us and a lot of firsts for you as well. First Christmas, first plan ride, first time to visit the ocean, and so many others. You continue to over joy us and we are constantly looking forward to many more firsts to come.

Here is what you have been up to over the last month....

*Since I took you to the doctor on your 7 month birthday we got a weight of 20lbs 5 oz...your seriously starting to get heavy for your Momma! My wrists have been sore for almost 2 weeks straight from carrying you around..ha.
*Your schedule typically looks like this: sleeping from 7pm to 7:30am/8:00am, we've started to cut out your third nap since your going to bed so early and sleeping in pretty late
* Your morning nap is normally 2.5-3 hours and afternoon is about 1.5 hours. I try to get you to take your nap after being awake for no more than 2 hours with the excpetion of your bedtime following your 2nd nap.
*Your in size 3 diapers and 6 to 9 month clothing
*You've started to babble a whole lot more, gagagaga, wawawa, woowoowoo, yaaayaaayaayaa, daadaadaadaaa, taataataataa, and a whole lot of raspberries
*still no teeth
*you still hate being on your stomach for too long, so we are working on that this upcoming month (i think I realized I have been too lenient on that)
*you still roll over both ways but Josh and I swear your lazy, I've noticed you don't really want to work for it because you know your Momma will come to your rescue, another thing Momma is learning real quick and working on
*you have definitely become more of a cuddle bug and love to cuddle into our necks and kiss our noses *you started to raise your arms to be picked up
*still obsessed with your bouncer and you love to dance and bounce to music, your dad and I sing and play to you before bed every night (we have made it a tradition)
*you've learned how to give a high five or maybe you just like putting your hands up to ours
*grabbing, tossing, scratching, banging anything you can put your hands on
*still trying to put almost everything in your mouth
*and you will pretty much eat anything these days..eating baby food 3 times a day (fruit & cereal in the
morning, fruit and veggie for lunch, and veggies with ground turkey or chicken for dinner)
*still taking 4 bottles a day..1st three of the day 6oz and bedtime bottle 8oz
*and you love your puffs and are getting really good at shoveling them into your mouth

We love you Baby Boy!
Here are your 7 month pics....

Gosh I want to EAT u!

LOVE U and those chunky cheeks!

So on the day you turned 7 months we had to take you to the doctor because you were sick with your very first cold. =(  We found out you had ear infections in both ears and you sounded more pitiful than you actually acted because you seriously remained the happiest baby throughout the entire ordeal. Your Dad and I were sick as well and I think we probably complained more than you did. You got antibiotics for your ears and a breathing treatment at the appointment because the doctor said she could hear some wheezing but within a week or so you were as good as new. We hated seeing you sick but more than anything we are so glad we made it through your first time being ill. It was hard seeing our baby boy like that!

believe it or not this was you at the doctors.
still smiling and happy.
and a not so fun pic....=(
and here is my favorite picture of the month.....
